SoFete Fitness and Dance
SoFete Fitness is Inspired by the pure revelry of the Trinidad carnival. The total acceptance of one’s body is life. This fitness program is either virtual (app/phone) or through personal training; that takes weight training, your body, goals, science, and SoFete to get you where you want to be.
