No, you do not need to pay anything upfront. Simply submit your Payment Plan Request to confirm your intent to attend, and a room will be reserved for you. However, your first payment (considered your deposit) must be made within 30 days of receiving your personalized payment link to officially secure your spot.
If you do not make your first payment within 30 days of receiving your personalized payment link, your spot will not be held, and you will need to submit a new request to secure your reservation—subject to availability.
Your first payment (deposit) is non-refundable. However, if you cancel before January 31, 2026, you may receive a 50% refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit. No refunds will be issued after February 1, 2026.
If you miss a scheduled payment, you should contact us immediately to discuss options. However, your final balance must be paid by January 31, 2026, or your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
