Cancellation Policy
Important Note: This is not a booking confirmation. All requests must be reviewed and approved by SoFete Sisterhood Inc. before finalizing any arrangements. We will contact you to discuss the details and ensure all requirements are met. After confirmed: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made no less than 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made via [preferred communication method, e.g., email or phone]. Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency that prevents us from fulfilling our obligations, we will notify the client as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution. Refunds or compensation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
