Our team will review your request and confirm availability within 24 hours. 5. Check your email for instructions to submit a deposit. Deposits are required to secure your booking. This non-refundable deposit ensures that we can dedicate resources to your event and begin preparations in advance. The deposit guarantees availability and allows us to provide the high-quality, customized service your event deserves. It also protects the company from last-minute cancellations, ensuring that our team and resources are allocated efficiently. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a future booking according to our policy. 6. On the event date, we arrive one hour before the event begins and set up our hookah station. Our Hookah Curators undergo rigorous in-house training to ensure a truly luxurious experience. From the artful selection and preparation of premium hookah bowls to delivering top-tier customer service, our curators are dedicated to crafting an unforgettable session tailored to your desires. Expertly trained in curating the perfect balance of flavors and maintaining optimal heat, our curators take pride in every detail. Whether you prefer classic blends or wish to enhance your experience with additions like crushed mint for an extra refreshing pull, our curators ensure that every session is nothing short of extraordinary. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made no less than 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made via [preferred communication method, e.g., email or phone]. Setup Requirements: Setup for your hookah event requires a minimum of 1 hour. To ensure we are fully set up and operational before your guests' arrival, please provide access to the venue at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. Clean-Up Procedure: Clean-up will commence 1 hour and 30 minutes before the conclusion of your event to allow sufficient time for guests to acknowledge and prepare for the collection of their hookahs. This clean-up time is included in your event duration and does not extend beyond the agreed end time of your event. Compliance and Responsibility: Age Restrictions: SoFete is committed to full compliance with the Maryland Tobacco Laws, including adherence to the Tobacco Control Act. We ensure that tobacco products and Electronic Smoking Devices (ESDs) are sold only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Photo identification must be checked for all individuals under 27 who attempt to purchase these products, strictly adhering to these regulations to guarantee lawful distribution. Penalties for Violations: We acknowledge that violations of these regulations can result in significant civil money penalties, which can exceed $10,000. ID Checks During Events: At any point during the event, if a patron refuses to show ID when requested, SoFete reserves the right to cancel the service and stop all sales. In such cases, the client will not receive a refund, as this measure ensures compliance with legal requirements and maintains the integrity of our operations. Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency that prevents us from fulfilling our obligations, we will notify the client as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution. Refunds or compensation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Liability: SoFete is not liable for any damage to the venue or other issues arising from the event unless caused by our negligence.
